Admission Abroad?

So it has been a while since I posted something again...
As I said previously I am a small Part of a Company called- Admission Direct
And one of the Thing we do is ...........(drums for a good mood)- we help Foreign Students to get admissions into Foreign Universities.
No, I wont spam now or praise our work, This time I actually just want to write about the Experience of Students who took the big Fringing step and got out of their comfort zone and got them self into the big adventure of life.
the Good and the Bad, just the simple Truth!
So as actually 80 % of my Friends are foreigners who came to Study abroad I know the difficulties, the step stones, the under water stones, the Bold and the Ugly just every thing.
I believe the formal part is the most annoying, the more if You actually don't know how it works and you do it the first time,even worse is that, if you have to do it and You also don't have anybody who can help you with it. (well a small spam from our side, this IS what we help you to do and also Train You , because we know it, we know it all!!!)
There are some super un-understandable requests from Universities, difficult language, and so on, all that to Filter out the Good and Bad students. Because lets be real - there are some People who try this type of Admission only to get a visa to a certain place (not cool, not cool... a University is ment to help You brighten up your Future and give You some Experience what can \help You make Your Place a better Place for You and your family ). But Yeah, there are Organisations who can help You to save this super mega stressful job!
But about the Good. One of my Friends from Uzbekistan gave me a small in-look of his thoughts of it :
''We all want to have the best, most interesting education that is available. It's a need of the challenge to have something unique. If our senses never perceive anything new, we as people will never develop, but instead stagnate. The best way to avoid this stagnation is to change our environment through new culture and incredibly meaningful and diverse experience  I personally suggest studyding abroad as the best possible way for individual, professional and character growth.

As far as, there was chance for me to study abroad, I went for it. First, it was really hard to get accustomed for new culture but that was perfect opportunity of learning European countries' civilization. Being surrounded by native speakers affords you the chance to immerse yourself in the language, which can expedite your retention and fluency.

Studying abroad removes you from the normal support network that you are accustomed to back home. While on the one hand, being away from friends and family can seem daunting, it is also a chance for you to hone your own skills and gain some independence.

If you have never spent much time far from home, this could be a serious issue. You may find yourself yearning for the people you left back home, and the less outgoing you are, the more of a problem this can become.

In conclusion, It is highly advised to study abroad, indeed which prepares towards your bright future in terms of being independent, sociable, to be able to manage your finance. Overall, it has more advantageous rather than drawbacks."

And He is right, Education is not necessary to be just education, sometimes it actually educates You in something else- in life experience  I know that for at least 90% of Foreign Students Admission abroad is a big deal, and those who do this major step, become very talented  educated and interesting-successful people, because this made them step outside the box. Yeah every where will be the good and the bad, but the result will favor You if You allow it, if You allow yourself to develop.

Study abroad can give You so much, just take it :)

Being a good sales man?

Hola!
Kinda lately feel my self extremely inspired...and found out about my self.... that my new hobby is to-- sell.
I mean seriously sell, sell like every thing.
As some my know ,
I am also a part of a small company called Catek Capital (we outsource like every thing you imagine- have a company, an Idea but don't know how to bring it up?- well we make those dreams reality :))
but Yeah, one aspect is selling, so as I was teaching some of my girls about cold sales and so on, I understood one-
NO MATTER HOW INCREDIBLE AWESOME YOUR PRODUCT IS- SELL YOUR SELF AND THE PRODUCT WILL BE A SIDE KICK!
Yess that is true... those who know me, they know I kinda have an aura around me , well I created the aura for a long time. and it goes together with............ belief in me, myself, my job, passion, and some freaky things. to be honest I am very shy if I just have to meet somebody , but it is like a totally different thing, when I have to "get something"! It is like I change, my way, my talk, my voice, my smile, every thing and all because I gotta get something!
And I kinda realized, this is one of the small peaces of the success keys.....
So some small steps to sell is, to sell yourself, :
1) Have a nice appearance (no need to be a beauty queen, they just make people feel uncomfortable, am not lying, a simple normal human is the best for this job)
2) Be honest with a fox tail (if You know Poker, then Use the "Poker Face"+ Joker smile)
3) Find out all the Information You can about Your "opponent"(aha Internet is a good thing)
4) train Yourself to flirt(seriously flirt, and I am not talking the Johnny Bravo type- Hey baby, but real high class Barney Stinson Flirt)
5) Use all your natural talents(I am good at arguing and making people trust in me )
6) find out what is in Your opponents interest(oh, Mr.Cool, so You like Ferrari , then I believe You like some good vibes, You know what is extremely classy and appearing|?(if person is not wearing a wedding Ring)Ballet! and I kinda have a feeling You would like to know more Mr. Cool how Ballet can make You even more cool.....)
7) slowly move him with gentle arguments to your Product/ create a problem, to whom You got a solution
and Boooom, You made somebody interested.... and only now, you can start telling how awesome Your Product or service is.... (See Mr. Cool, Ballet is Classic, intelligent, so appealing to ladies, and right now we have a special offer for Ballet Shoes, No worries, You don't have to dance, just hang them in your house as a decor, buy extra a book about Russian Ballet and the Ladies will Just fly onto You, same as prospective business Partners, because Who can say no to a gentle man driving a Ferrari, being cultural and educated? Right Mr.Cool?! )
Train Yourself!
I believe that every one can sell something, just they don't know how....

 So let us start, but with what? ohhhh, gosh forgot.... so many people may not know what, who , where Latvia is? Is that an alien?!- an Animal?!!- a place? ....

well at first, Latvia is a place where unicorns
live, people don't need money, and wizards fly around, people have great power (where the source of it is hidden in their ears)...yes it is a great place :D

ok, jokes by the side- unicorns don't live here, but we have a very wide ranged fauna. and flora... wizards... have never seen any,but could be true :D and to make you conceive of buying a house here  You need to know more then that...

1) if you are a person who needs visa to come to Europe, you can get a so called free pass for you and 5 of Your family members for 5 years, you can freely travel in the Schengen countries, your kids can get admitted to EU schools more easy and you can be sure that you can come visa free when ever you want.... all you have to do? purchase a house of flat or land of a total value of..... drumms!!!- 25k EUR!!! (this is what most agencies will also speculate with)

2nd reason, Latvija is a fast growing Business ''playground'' place... that means, you can easy make up your  company and make it grow!!!

3rd and 4th reasons what I as a native will give you is.....
Latvia , Latvija or LV how we call it is a blessed Country, we don't have catastrophes that could cause major damage to you or your property, we don't have dangerous animals,reptiles or bugs, we have a wonderful flora.... we have that what others don't show it....we have patience and tolerance...we have a colorful, blood filled, sad, enriching, interesting history, we have Heroes who have the Power of a Bear. Delicious meals.

Beautiful girls and guys! We like it simple and real, Latvia is a Place where You can learn life lessons. this place is wonderful for settling in your Old years .... Latvia, it is that small Jewel that is hidden...

Hey, čau, hoi, aloha and so on! 
Been a while, but here I am , back in my writing mood...
Had to meet an interesting Person not too long ago, and have to admit- inspiring meeting!
And made me think of something...
You know, tele-marketing , a difficult job, but, it is a very interesting job, where You as an individual can learn so much, You just have to take it.
Most young business people have learned, that they have to fight against that little word NO! so badly , to make it big in this ruff World of Business. 
No! Nē! Nein!  no matter which language, sounds so aggressive and mean! You hear it a lot and slowly start believing: "No, my idea is not good, No people don't want to Tender with me, No I can not make it big", well Yeah , a simple no! Is harsh to hear... (and here comes up the experience I learned from Outsourcing my vocal abilities) No! a simple NO! is not a harsh let down to you, 
That No! is insecurity or bad knowledge of what You, Your Business is doing!
in Business there is no word as NO!
A No actually means:

• Not enough knowledge of what you offer and how it works
• Bad timing for a call/meeting
• unanswered questions *(funny enough, these questions You have to ask, because, this part goes hand in hand with the 1st point)
• Person is a slow thinker
• Old-school *(Yes, old-school, people who are actually afraid of innovative ideas, of unique thinking)

Yes these are actually the reasons of the word No!, because People are too lazy too think, sometimes too arrogant.
 When You have a Young Business and You strongly believe in it, don't let down Your Guard and efforts, because someone said NO!
Some may think, No! Santa Chioma is wrong. *(and here I will sow an example, what You can modify and use for Your business)
- Ok, I agree maybe I am wrong, but for me to be able to agree, that I am wrong, please explain- why am I wrong with this idea?
- You are too Young, to understand.
- Well maybe You are right, but You have to agree, a persons Age is not the reason to think, that that what he/she says is wrong, You must agree, that every opinion can be Right and Wrong at the same time.
- Well at this point You are Right!
- See there fore, my Idea can not be just wrong, it is also Wright, just You have to take , what will work in Your case, think about it and give it a try, Right?
- Well if You look at it this way, then Yes, You have a point!
-See I am very pleased, that we agreed on some point, It is just my opinion, but if You take a little time and think it trough, I am saying kinda the truth, Right?
-Yes...

So here is a small example , how you can make somebody think of Your business when You introduce it to a potential Partner or investor. SOME may still say No- but if You ask the Right Questions, You will be able to translate the word No! to make sure for next steps, for others to say Yes for You and Your Business

Good <----->Bad

Salut! Had a long pause on my writing mood, ok truth is , I  was kinda lazy but we all have that little fluffy , nice, annoying guy in us who says- "Ahh... not today , tomorrow is also a day " :D Yeah, he kinda got me too, but I don’t want to talk about that super cool and chilly guy- Laziness (that's the name I gave my little lazy monster).

Gotta say some things have popped up my mind recently, but I will just divide 'em into parts, Today gonna talk about... ta ta da rammm.... Good ! :) <------> Bad!:( logic ?- None !!! 

You know why? Lets see-

We go to school, we learn, we find a job, we live , we die... simple right? uhmmm , nope, lets look at it..

School... Since we are small we learn. We go to Kindergarten to learn how to interact, we study others, learn simple things... we progress and start going to school(ohhh yeah some big boy/girl stuff gonna happen!!! --- well not really ) while we are in school, we still have to listen to what others believe are good, right, we learn how to think like others....??? how can we be unique but think like others.... honestly... who can that?

Well I remember. I was In Kindergarten and we had an assignment where we had do draw a boogie man - I did, I  didn't allow anyone to snatch my idea or to push on theirs  ... I drew mine- a little creepy ghost  (I WAS ALWAYS AWARE THAT THINGS THAT SCARE OTHERS ARE CUTE TO ME, BUT WHAT SCARES ME ARE CUTE TO OTHERS..... damn A butterfly!!!!- ALMOST GOT A HEART ATTACK... DAMN THOSE BEASTS!(yup that is my fear :D )))

all the other did, that what the nanny did- an eye... man really an eye??? how can that be a boogie man ?? seriously an eye??? :D

well long story short.... It ended to that my mates started dissing me on how i did not do what the teacher said we should do....khem , then those duded from "monster ink."where also terrible at kindergarten :D 

/but yeah... that is one part... the envy of others because you did different....painful!

 hmm but about teachers? 

Well I remember me and a close mate of mine, who I am still friends (she was my witness on my wedding day, and all-trough I don't have so much time to keep in touch I believe she will always have a special place in my heart, thanks Arta!!!) we were having those books where you learn how to write and so on.... we kinda finished it faster *(in fact she did it in a day, I-3!).... 

-*Yup we do have supper brains *  what I kinda didn't understand and let my self go.... but am back on track!! :)-

well remember, had to hear from our nanny that :"those too smarty pants are bored at class and make others feel less good about their skills".... 

emm what? you have in your group of like 20 people of 4 year old little poopers,2 or 3 who have talants and you complain about it?.... seriously you ladies have some issues :D 

That's one. I belive in school every one had this- when I grow up I will be... I will do this and this....

but when you have to do the steps, what happens? mostly You get scared,WHY? because it is different from what you are aware off in your community , environment, family... You step back, and keep your cherished dreams locked deep in your little blood pumping device what romantics seem to call- Heart... 

hmm but to those who are not afraid of doing that what they love.... what happens?- they get hated, people tell 'em they will never succeed, they will never be abble to step out and make a living.... that is like-"You don't do like the mass-?--- Fuuuu, You bad! Foooh go shame on you!" some break at that point. Some get stronger but just some. Because to think differently is scary... and it is good! 

You just have to prove, that not only white in a wedding is good, but also blue, red, pink, black, latex... (ok latex maybe behind closed doors! :D ) is also good then you are on the Right track!!! and Actually this good thinking-----bad thinking is the big problem for teenagers, yup it is, believe me, been trough it!But that are just school years.

Job. Hmm society says, get a job, a stable job. It is better, to have less but be sure, than try for the big one and maybe loose.... Yeah... there are those underpaid people who complain all the time. If You try something new, something fresh, funky... well, the feed back mostly will be- no, you risk, this wont sucseed, this wont work, You CRAZY???!!!.

And actually, that is depressing, because this mass sheep reaction is been followed by people from school times... But guess what ???

 I risked, I changed me, I believed in my dreams, I did fall and hit my self real hard (felt like broke all my bones)... but you know what? now I am happy, I am successful, I do what I never imagined , because people around me said- it wont work, you wont earn enough... and I just wanted to prove- NO! I believe in it, so it will work!!

I have an extremely happy marriage, with the best man in the world, I did not listen to the arguments, he is African, he will treat you like a dog,,,, I even had this one: "he will sell you !!!" ... :D Yeah... thank God I am Aries, I don't give a S#*t what people think :D I do my own!

I got pregnant while in school and just in the beginning of my 20th... and now, look M.I.A Is the most adorable, smart, foxy, annoying, lovable lil dude you will ever imagine (Yeah that is so called mommy hipper love :D)

I made my dreams come true, because I risked to be labeled BAD, CRAZY, DIFFERENT !!!

Yess I am bragging about it, and damn I can do it!!!

About getting old... let me tell you my goals.... me and Charles will have  become grey and bald, have a ton of grandchildren to whom we will secretly give candy and pepper :D we will have an airplane... people will know us, people will believe in them self because of us. Because we will never loose our dreams and hopes, we will never label something Bad! because somebody said it is bad, we will be ... we will be us... the ones who were different, who fought, who had good and bad times, we will be... the ones, our parents wished us to be... we will be GOAD *(yess it is my mix of Good and

Bad!:D )

So when You start thinkin- this dude is bad, what he thinks is bad, his idea is bad....

 think about if that is what actually kept you from reaching your own goal and you did not reach it because somebody did the same to you...so... Can You conceive of being .... a Sheep?

being forever young?

Buenos días! (in Spanish- Good day) So there are things what make us feel young and free, unique and beautiful/handsome. But with years we kinda put our wild sides in the closet - like a jean jacket from 1998 because it doesn't fit us. Kinda sad.
Yesterday a friend of mine asked if I even get older at all- hmm....... Yes and No. Well my papers say am 21. But from the outside I'm still 16(for the 5th year already). Whats my secret? Well at first in me everything is fake, my nose, my lips, my nails my breasts, had a face lifting when I was 11... No just kidding, I did and had the opposite of all of those things. It kinda keeps you better if you stay a bit natural. And no I don't do diets, a little sport but no starving.
BUT the most important I keep being me , enjoy what I do and fly on my magic carpet. Yup love to be not perfect and stand out a little from the gray mass. I guess the fact that I can sing in public (sober) and sound like a dieing bird and zebra and have some moves from a mosquito in the night  (who is banging his head against the window). Makes me kinda happy , yup sure it does .

 And my dear husband thanks for making me feel so cool, gorgeous, young and beautiful every day, and yeah we are a mega couple
