Common' good jobs, easy to travel, make friends, where could be the cons?

Well there are if the linguistic part is a talent not a bachelor degree .

God forbid singing (I sound like a zebra that is being chewed by a crocodile and during he process of calling for help chocked on a mosquito yup, that would be me :D )

Too bad for my African husband and son who seems like have a natural beat in em.

I have a talent that is ..... para-pa pa pa paaaaaaaaaaahhh, the ability to learn languages in quite a short time and basically without effort + use them all together and being able to hold a conversation while translating real time .

For now there are 4 Languages where I am fluent , 2 (that kinda seems more like dialects) in a normal speech level and 2 more that I am learning, but  because there are no one with who to practice it kinda slowed down a bit .

 Want to know what are my languages?- Fluent- Latvian (No it is not actually my native language ) , German (my second language) Russian (Here this is a shocker, this is my native) and of course English , the others are Swiss-German, Pidgin - English , but worst are - French , and Igbo(Yeah I blame You my husband :D And I will tell this to Our Mommy :D )

Most would say- Cool- impressive or You damn liar attention slore (for those let me say - You MUMU!I don' care for Your beef :D)
But there are disadvantages. Or cons or annoying side effects. Due to that that most people like me learn them just from hearing we find it quite difficult to write and understand grammatical laws. We use the language correctly but deamn we bad when we have to write an essay :D Don't believe me? You are reading my blog so You actually feel it. It curves Your nerve Bones! ask my Latvian teacher She will tell you the story of a writer who can writ amazing poems about everything but when you look into her paper

My teacher did this every time she took my paper

But that is not so bad. If You don't have to write letters, essays ,communicate....
But there are also funny bloopers what I know my cousin and  me share (he is quite similar to me just he is an incredible visual artist and sportsman and tattoo artist , and now by writing this i am thinking if we really are related. :D but I believe we are because when we are together it is like this------->

So the funny part is - When normal people talk and they are so excited about that what they want to say is  that may stutter a bit and use a synonym of a word
"If You would see the awesome sss-suuun- sunside when the sun went down'' . What do we do ? we don't just use a synonym, we use all the words we know from the other languages and we change them to the language in which we talk so that it blend in and we are then like this
" If You would see the ekstremāli schoenen reluire schön solnechnij sun thingy kaut kas.- 

 

Hope no one noticed it

But mostly they do and we get these expressions

cute until you need to be in front of other people and have to impress them. Like Job interviews , cute other gender/same gender crush ... Make a point.... soooooo
A linguist gets some cons also in the moment when You bet something and the source that can prove You are right is written in a language no one else understands (so now I know before I do a bet I better find Out in which language I read that ) and not just bets, there are also school university, Kindergarten..... Yup happened a lot to me .
But yeah there are a lot of bonuses,
Get rid of beggars- Sadly found out they know languages too.
Get rid of telemarketers (sweet irony)
Get rid of unpleasant people
Talk dirty in public and so on
But my favorite is - the amount of information You can get . It is not just more precise but also more relay able :)
Hmm yeah this was a tiny small inside of my life. communicating problems, ahh ok  ...
and Yeah If You are Igbo and have some materials for me that would make me+ happy so (Imela in advance)

 I am not going to give You a geography lesson. No one has time for it :) But just allow me to paint a Picture- We are located in Kurland--->
And the Population is about 13'k.
So Yeah, we know each other. Therefore the saying - I know somebody who knows somebody is on a totally new level.

But I want to paint a portrait which is not too beautiful, too much of a marketing or unreal . Just want to show where I come from. the real thing .

 We are small, but we are strong. We have developed in the past years.

You know when You live somewhere for quite a Time You just get tired of it right? (Except Hawaii, who can get tired of that?)  For me and I know that almost 70% of the Youngsters it was the same. Till You go out!And for most of us we understand- God how could I be so mean to may city? I would give everything to be there now.

the real thing -living with a 2 Year old

Bon après-midi!

So, one thing- do You have a kid? yes? ok this will be entertaining for you.

YOU don't? - hmm, I am afraid this  may scare the living S*#$ out of You, So stay tuned on Your own behalf. I beg , just make so that Your SO does not try to get may head separated from my body :D

But. Kids. a fine extra given by mother nature it self... till they turn 2 YEARS OLD!!!

Meet Michael

 for those who don't know what I am saying or have forgotten.

Most of the 2 Year Old get into this faze where they understand they have some power and can do things and become like mini sponges and repeat everything for 10k times. This is the time, where they become.... little destructive helpers. I call mine- Little Santa s helper(Oh the irony of getting married to an English speaker :D ). And I noticed that the 2YO do things, what are a bit funny, so I made a list. Enjoy and ask Yourself can You conceive of having a 2 YO? this is my story

1. Waking up others(has several methods)

• breathing in your ear and asking - R U Up?
• trying to open eyes by force (because daaahh, If eyes are open You are up)
• Siting on Your face, turning around with a surprised face - Oh so U Up?
• turning on tv 
• going to the kitchen (He is smart , mine will just go to the drawer with spoons and for 100 % one of us will jump out ) 

2. Cleaning dishes (the clean ones)

3. Escaping from  consequences-'' Baby go sleep, see teddy do čuč"

4. Reading a book about a Cat while siting on the big boy potty

5. Making breakfast- step 1- open fridge, step2 take jam or cheese put it on the plate, step 3- serve it to the ground . (This is actually funny and cute at the same time )

6.having his own fashion sense- shorts, rain-boots and daddy shirt - good to go in - 20C'

7 Making a list for shopping- fishy, candy, cocky , milk, apple...

8 Calling his grandma and telling her about shopping

9.2YO will make you taste things you never thought You will taste- I once lost a pack of salt and cinnamon. I found out where it go after trying the sauce.

10 . The 2 Yo is not just a fashion freak, he also loves Beuty -Yeah he did my make-up

 11. They will sing You songs and make you dance-

12. 2year old are very witty when it is about getting something- give a candy and he will say one for daddy too... guess who did not get a candy

14 . But they also like role play and pretend they are big boys - (used plural because I know several who share this ) 

15. They break and destroy things, but not because they do it on purpose.

And by having a lot of more of these points (yeah this is not the end there are billion other things), I was also watching from a distance to know why. Because we know what is good- bad so why do the Lil ones still do it? well they don't. it takes time, same as learning how to sit and eat and walk and talk was a new huge step, so is living. They see you do something and they believe it is right, By just screaming.... well it wont change , the Key word is to be Patient . Because at the end of the day, he / she will see You as a hero-

I do make up a lot of words, due to that that I am a linguist, sooo-ooh..... I know I am not the only one, but this is fun. Especially when people make this face ----->

And they silently turn around and act as if I am not there.

There is something that has to come off my mind.... something....something, oh yeah, something, like- why are the news posting just bad things...?!! Seriously WHYYYY? YOU know it?

Well I kinda know it. It is Psychology. You know , that awesome science that knows why you are thinking this and that and what affects Your eye blinking in the moment you think of super mega Say a-jins(Not sure if wrote it correctly, this is the moment DB fans can jump in :)) 


But yeah, kinda that + business, they have to sell, but how to sell if there is so much to tell? easy ... People react to misery and gossip better then good things? why?hmmm, want a true or lied answer?
Ok , Lied- Because you can make easy nice catchy names of posts what are so sad + we as humans care so much , we just want to jump in........ got my sarcastic vibe>?
Truth- It is in the humans nature  to be more attracted to bad things than good. Because we are jealous, but by seeing others
suffer we feel pain, but at the same time a relief.
Sounds harsh right? but that is the truth. Everything would be fine, just one thing. Because we concentrate on bad we can not appreciate joy(and the media knows it so they don't bother to bring out some good stuff ) don't believe me?

Students Break Down stereotypes had to send 20 min on the portal to find it , and that was the 1st positive new!!!- here are 420 comments, and the majority is still negative, just some said, they are proud where they came from(aren't we all :) ) but there where so much hate comments - Seriously?
You know You love to read news and so on, be informed.., but I bet You are not remembering anything good right? No worries, that is human, just Promise me , every day You will read something good, something what will make You happy and jealous, because, remember, those who are jealous have something tho chive on just don't hate, because, then You will be just a ()_OK$OITO This was a secret word.
